The hotel’s delicatessen is located on the main level of the Maison, a gallery of sweet and edible sculptures to indulge in: a beyond creative, colourful, and design confectionery.
Where chef Marc Mora serves his creations in the gardens and opposite the hotel’s rock pool. His personal bistro is all about tradition, local products, and the spices he grows in the garden.
